Shipping Rates

For standard online orders shipped within the continental United States:

• Orders of $150 or more — FREE SHIPPING
• Orders under $150 — $13 FLAT-RATE SHIPPING
• Discovery Kits — FREE SHIPPING

These shipping rates and free-shipping offers do not apply to Bulk Orders. Bulk Order shipping is quoted separately based on order size, weight, destination, and delivery requirements.

The $150 free-shipping threshold is calculated based on the merchandise subtotal after discounts and before applicable taxes.

Order Processing

Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing on the next business day.

Because chocolate is temperature-sensitive, Franceschi Chocolate may adjust the shipping date or shipping method when necessary to reduce the risk of products remaining in transit or carrier facilities over weekends or during extreme weather conditions.

Delivery Times

Delivery times vary depending on the destination, carrier, and shipping method. Any estimated delivery dates provided at checkout are estimates and are not guaranteed.

Once an order has been transferred to the carrier, delays caused by the carrier, severe weather, or other circumstances outside Franceschi Chocolate's reasonable control may affect delivery times.

Warm Weather Shipping

Chocolate is sensitive to heat. During periods of high temperatures, we may use protective packaging, adjust shipping schedules, or take other reasonable measures to protect product quality.

Customers are responsible for ensuring that someone can receive the shipment promptly and that products are moved to appropriate storage conditions after delivery.

Please do not leave delivered chocolate outdoors or in direct sunlight.

Shipping Addresses

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout.

Additional shipping costs resulting from an incorrect or incomplete address, refused shipment, unsuccessful delivery, or customer-requested reshipment may be charged to the customer.

Bulk Orders

Bulk Orders are excluded from Franceschi Chocolate's standard flat-rate and free-shipping programs.

Shipping for Bulk Orders, including orders requiring palletized, Less-Than-Truckload (LTL), or other specialized transportation, will be quoted separately.

Freight costs and arrangements will depend on factors including total weight, order size, destination, delivery requirements, and transportation method.

Customers receiving freight shipments should inspect the shipment upon delivery and document any visible damage or shortages on the carrier's delivery receipt or Bill of Lading (BOL) before accepting the shipment.

Damaged or Incorrect Shipments

If your order arrives damaged, melted beyond usable condition, incomplete, or incorrect, please contact Franceschi Chocolate within 48 hours of delivery and provide your order number and photographs of the affected products, the packaging, and the shipping label.

Claims will be handled according to our Return & Claims Policy.
